Daniel Preiskel, Senior Partner at Preiskel & Co, will speak at the Virtual Reality – The Legal Issues 2016 Conference, which will be held in London on 8 December 2016.

Daniel Preiskel will provide an overview of how robots are considered under English law, including the economic framework, the EPSRC principles of robotics, the legal status of robots and their liability regime, the relationship between robots and creation of intellectual property and data protection issues arising from data stored by a robot.
