Complaints procedure – We are confident that we will give you a high quality service in all respects. However, if you have any queries or concerns about our work for you, it is important that you immediately raise your concerns with us. In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues. In order to ensure and improve the high standards of our work, we operate an in-house complaints procedure which is designed to allow us to address any problem you might have with our work and to bring the matter to a quick and satisfactory resolution.
