Claire is UK qualified lawyer at Preiskel & Co who advises on competition law in relation to a broad range of projects in the technology, media and entertainment sectors. Claire  completed her Training Contract at Preiskel & Co.

Recent experience includes advising the Movement for an Open Web in relation to CMA and European Commission complaints relating to Google’s “Privacy Sandbox” proposal and the CMA’s ongoing investigation, advising various technology businesses in relation to the UK merger control regime, advising in relation to the Tobii/Smartbox Phase 2 merger review and subsequent appeal against the CMA’s Final Report in the CAT, advising in relation to CMA market studies, and in relation to damages claims for breach of competition law. Claire also advises on the application of competition law and applicable block exemptions to commercial contracts:

Claire has a strong academic background, holding a joint honours undergraduate degree in History and French from the University of Oxford. She passed the BPP University Graduate Diploma in Law with commendation and the University of Law LPC LLM  with distinction.
