Kevin Taylor’s field of concentration is in counseling on complex outsourcing, technology, commercial and intellectual property transactions.
More specifically, he handles the negotiation of technology and corporate transactions involving computer systems, outsourcing,e-commerce, patent licenses, intellectual property, content distribution and computer hardware.
Kevin conducts IP due diligence in M&A transactions and advises on the remediation of issues that arise. A Black Duck certified Legal Specialist for open source audits in connection with M&A transactions.
Additionally, he litigates information technology and intellectual property issues in federal and state courts, and appeals, including litigation of software, outsourcing, electronic component industry, copyright and trademark infringement, data breaches and general commercial claims.
