Kristiina is a Trainee Solicitor at Preiskel & Co and works across the corporate and dispute resolution departments. In particular, Kristiina assists on corporate transactions, capital financing, and other corporate matters.
Kristiina has a strong academic background, holding an undergraduate LLB in Comparative European Law from Maastricht University. She passed The University of Law’s Graduate Diploma in Law and the LPC with distinction.
Kristiina is fluent in English and Finnish, and has working understanding of Swedish.
