Mor is a corporate lawyer specialising in in a wide range of corporate transactions including fund raising, venture capital, start-up investment and structuring. He advises start-ups as well as mature technology companies and multi-nationals.
He has assisted companies from various sectors of technology including telecoms, gaming, social media, corporate software, semiconductors, clean-tech, medical and biotech. Mor has served as legal counsel to venture capital funds, private equity funds, governmental incubators and groups of angel investors.
Mor provides extensive practical consultation to start-ups and accompanies companies from pre-inception stage to exit, handling all aspects relating to the set up structure, corporate matters, relevant agreements with internal parties such as employees, consultants and advisers, including stock option benefit plans.
He has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements relating to the licensing and commercialization of technology products and services including software licensing, distribution and reseller agreements, OEM arrangements, joint development plans and the like.
Specifically Mor brings extensive experience in capital and debt raising, handling the complex investment process from term sheet to closing. This often includes him advising on corporate structure set up strategy and corporate due diligence opinions.
Mor is qualified in and a member of the New York Bar Association and the Israeli Bar Association. He has Israeli and South African citizenship and holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University 1998 and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania 2000 with a focus on corporate, M&A, financing and securities.
