After five years as Head of Legal Services for TML, the Channel Tunnel contractors, Richard moved to a leading construction practice working in London and Brussels. He then joined an international US law firm where he specialised in complex multi jurisdictional commercial disputes. Richard continues to represent clients in the former Soviet Union and the Middle East. He advises clients in arbitrations conducted in accordance with the rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, Geneva and Zurich Chambers of Commerce. As well as other arbitration institutions, ad hoc arbitrations and international investment treaty proceedings.
