Tina is a Senior Consultant who has over 25 years’ experience in all areas of corporate law.

She was a partner in two big city law firms and played an integral part in the growth of both firms and the corporate groups before opting to work in a smaller boutique environment.

She works with all sizes of companies from start-ups to large multi-national corporations but has particular expertise in advising growing entrepreneurial companies and owner managed businesses in the media, technology and leisure sectors and their funders. She advises on all of a company’s corporate requirements; from start-up and follow on funding, to exits and realisations, joint ventures, acquisitions and shareholder issues.
