David was interviewed about the new Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Guidelines regarding when they will seek to prosecute in relation to social media postings.  he was invited to speak as he successfullly represented the appellant in the most significant UK case, namely the Paul Chambers “Twitter Joke Trial” in which Mr Chambers’ conviction was overturned on appeal by the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Judge.
