We are delighted to see an article co-authored by Tim Cowen, Chair, Antitrust Practice, and Claire Barraclough, Associate, along with Joshua Koran, Head of Innovation Labs at Zeta Global, has been published in Competition Policy International.
The article, entitled “”Privacy Fixing” After Texas et al v. Google and CMA v Google (Privacy Sandbox): Approaches to Antitrust Considerations of Privacy” can be read here.
It is a fascinating discussion of the interplay between privacy and competition law, discussing whether “privacy fixing” and “predatory privacy” should be considered by competition regulators.
Please contact Tim Cowen if you have any questions about the article.
